I have been using them for six years for any alterations and dry cleaning needs. They are friendly and professional. Never have had a bad experience.

Stay away. I was a new customer and had minor alterations done. I didnt see their pricing posted anywhere in the store. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they change their prices upon pick up despite what was quoted on the printed slip. The lady was absurd citing excuses on why she jacked up the price by almost double (from $55 to $95). I tried to calmly reason with her and ask why she wouldnt call the customer before doing the work if the price was going to be so much different than quoted. She said verbatimit is too much trouble. So basically make up whatever price they want and expect the customer to just pay it. She also kept my printed slip which showed the original pricing and did not give me a receipt so I wouldnt have any proof. Unscrupulous business practices. As they say, treat a customer right and they tell a few people. Treat a customer poorly, and they make sure to tell everyone. Keep doing this to your customers, and your business will be down to one star soon enough. Please stay away from this place.
