Dr stein is the best. I have many problems with my teeth over the years and have tried lots of different dentist and with insurance and without they have helped me no questions asked also they are willing to do payment plans. Friendly, and courteous, his staff is bright and sunny and bring a sunshine to a not so pleasant activity such as getting a filling or root canal.

I have been a patient of Dr Stein since moving to CT about 10 years ago. Due to poor dental work as a child I have had a lot of corrective work to be done. The Dr and his practice have always been good about working within the limits of my insurance as well as providing quality work. My wife was also a patient of the practice while she had progressive ALS. She was in a wheelchair and had limitations due to her condition, but they were very accommodating and worked with her needs. A-1 practice !!

This establishment is beyond good to me. I always have a pleasant experience. Dr. Crew who has done my braces before and during Covid has been amazing. Always pleasant, friendly and super professional. Shal is always sweet, caring, attentive, helpful and professional as well. Melissa one of the receptionist is super amazing and always happy and sweet. Dr. Costantino-Finiasz is always upbeat and makes every experience as comfortable as possible because lets all face it needles on the gums are no fun. Difeson is such a delight always positive happy and very professional. Only sad to say I had an unpleasant experience was with Dr. Soni. She was very blunt and harsh with a few things that couldve been delivered a bit more delicately. the truth hurts however its not what you say its how you say it. I also understand cultures are differences however again delivery is key. Overall Dr. Steins group is awesome. Including Dr. Stein himself. I dont think he remembers my name however he always says hi and asks about my family before and during COVID. He takes the time to say hello and genuinely cares. Such an amazing group. Highly recommended

Ive been a client with The Stein Dental Group for about eight years now. We all can agree, going to the dentist is never fun, but the Doctors and specialists at this specific location have always been nothing less than that. The staff here always make me feel like Im at home, painless procedures, and step by step instructions on recovery and or post procedure. Ive had my braces in for about a year now and my smile is finally something worth smiling about. Dr. Costantino worked extensively on getting me to change my diet, cutting out candy, sugary drinks and late night snacks. Which worked out to perfection, in time to be prepared for the orthodontist. Dr. Crew was next up, we figured out a game plan and just over a year in, braces are going well and life is good. Both Dr. Crew and her assistant Shal (Shalinique Lake) have been super helpful and Ive already recommended a handful of friends and family who worried about not being able to trust nearby dentist offices. The staff at The Stein Dental Group get you in and out, painless, worry free and honest. Ant-

I had a wisdom tooth surgery here last year. At day 5 of healing I felt something was very, very, wrong. I called dr steins office and told them I was in the worst pain of my life and ask if they could help. They didnt believe me they told me its part of the healing process, youre fine. They belittled me and made me feel like I was annoying them. I called every day for 2 weeks in the worst pain of my life, unable to eat or sleep, begging for help every day. They would tell me there was nothing they could do to help me and that what I was experiencing was normal even though I knew it wasnt. I was in such bad pain I literally thought I might jump out a window. After two agonizing weeks of me calling every day begging for help, they finally called me in to look at me. Turns out, they forgot to give me the proper instructions on how to clean my wound and I got infected, which is why I was in such bad pain. As soon as they cleaned out my wound properly, the constant horrible pain went away and I could function. The pain was so horrific, and if they just listened to me when I was calling for help, all of it could have been avoided. Because of their neglect, a lump formed in my chin that they told me I might have to have surgery on. They told me I would be healing for another 6 months, and this was supposed to be a 2 week healing process. Needless to say, I lost my job because of the time I had to take off to heal from this failed surgery. Today, a year later, my mouth is still not the same. I still cant open my mouth fully, I have a hard time swallowing, non stop face pressure, I cant turn my neck fully and my ears feel like they are constantly clogged. Under my chin, there is still a huge lump so my face, I hate looking in the mirror and seeing it every day. These are all things that have never been a problem before the surgery. An ethical Doctor would not let his patient suffer so badly for so long. An ethical doctor would have given their patients the proper instructions and equipment to clean out their wounds so they dont get infected. My entire mouth/body is beyond messed up and my face has not looked the same since I got this surgery. I live with constant pain and discomfort. Im worried I will never be the same again. I re-wrote this review so I could be a little more clear. Its important that other people know what kind of treatment they will get if they go here. Stay safe everyone!
