Avoid at all cost. One star for the wonderful front desk staff and no wait time and being seen right away. Zero stars for the dentists. Dr Pogosian is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. I was trying to be patient with her severe ADD and horrible bedside manners, but today she pushed me to my limit. She refused to replace the filling she had done and fell. She told me I needed braces to realign my teeth. When I asked her what the goal would be (where she would like my teeth to go instead), she told me she couldnt explain me. When I asked how long it would take approximately, she said she cannot say because teeth move about 0.3mm per brace. (I am not sure why she cant estimate then then since she know the speed and should know the distance). Then before I could say a word she got upset telling me it is not her problem if i do not listen to her professional opinion and I dont fix the problem. She should review what professional means. Im sure it doesnt mean yelling at patients and refusing to help them when they ask questions before making a decision on something important and costly. In medicine, we obtain consents from patients for every procedure even if minimal. And then there are people like her who call themselves professional and refuse to explain anything and then get upset the patient doesnt want to go with the procedure. I will consider braces with a dentist who can clearly explain me the goal and give me an estimate of duration and outcome and who behaves professional instead of yelling that she is professional.
