Front desk was always very nice. After you walk to the back it felt like I was in their way. I had my retainer redone 5xs due to poor fitting. There was never an apology, they tried to make it seem like it was fine when I couldnt even get them off without HARD pulling until I made it clear it wasnt ok. It was very odd almost like they were blaming me for the poor fit after that. Ive had a retainer for years and never had these issues. There was never a greeting each visit or a have a nice day just kind of walk away to the next patient and you are left not sure if that was it and if you can leave. Im afraid I wasted $600 out of pocket for it as its still ill fitted but after 5 return visits I just couldnt do it anymore. Ill have to spend an additional $600 somewhere else unfortunately. They might be great with kids but I cant recommend for adults.

The staff and Doctor are so professional and friendly, great experience! I did the Invisaligns and my teeth came out so straight and beautiful. Thank you!

I found Dr Drayer smart and attentive to his work. I had a difficult case and I wanted the treatment in a special way. He was able to carry it out. I am very happy with the results.
