We have had several different IT companies throughout my 17 years with this company, and CMIT has proven to be the best IT company I have worked with by far. They offer a personalized support experience that you just don't get with the larger IT companies. Whenever I call or submit a ticket for service I receive a response right away, and I am always getting support from the same few people at CMIT. This is important, because they know me as the client and they know my specific needs. I don't have to start from scratch with a new IT tech every time I reach out for support. We also participate in bi-weekly and quarterly update calls with our IT team to go over open items and ensure that no pending projects fall through the cracks. I would highly recommend CMIT for your business.

CMIT Solutions is true to it's name - Completely Managed IT, but the name doesn't include the quality of service, and the way this company cares for their clients.

CMIT acted quickly to assist a family member with getting rid of a bunch malicious viruses on their computer. They helped us do a factory reset of the computer and installed monitoring software to detect and get rid of any new viruses, spyware going forward. Highly recommend this highly knowledgable and responsive company.
