You will be offered a fair price for the product and you will not be pressured to buy any particular model. They take the time to make sure you have the right product based on your needs and budget. Service plans are an option too. Ask for Art next time you stop in. He's incredibly professional and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible!! Called to repair leaking door dishwasher. It didn't leak when he filled and drained so he recommended a new motor. Why?? Rediculous. Didnt even pull out the dishwasher, consider the seal, NOTHING. After continuous leaking my husband noticed the hinge askew. Adjusted the door and no more leaking dishwasher. I felt robbed as a I had to pay a service fee of $125 for absolutely nothing. Shame on him! Scammer answering service calls and not do a thorough exam. And to reccomend a $600 motor for a leaking door. Makes me so angry.

I interacted with almost every member of the staff and found them all to be very courteous and knowledgeable. Id like to give a special shout-out to Jesus and Art for providing me with such wonderful service. Jesus delivered and installed my appliances with great efficiency and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that my appliances were clean, installed correctly, and positioned exactly where I wanted them. Jesus also took the time to show me how to properly operate and maintain my new appliances. On the other hand, Art provided exceptional assistance to me with an issue I had with LG (not a Planet TV issue), even though he wasnt my salesman. He was very prompt in responding to my request and handled the matter efficiently. My issue was resolved within one week because of his help. Both Jesus and Art carried out their work with the passion as if it was their own business and treated their customers like family. I highly recommend Planet TV to everyone for its good products, excellent services, and trustworthy people.

Ordered 6 appliances and installation from Chris at the Stamford location. Chris was extremely helpful at the showroom explaining the different models of the various appliances which really helped us in our decision making. All through the process, Chris made himself available and the prices were very competitive. The delivery team consisted of two trucks and 4 workers that were extremely professional and very courteous and respectful to me and extremely careful inside my home. The installation and removal of appliances , all the cardboard and debris taken away went flawlessly. They checked each appliance that was installed for operation and water leakage before having me sign off. I would certainly recommend this dealer and his delivery and installation team to anyone looking to buy new appliances.

So sorry I did not read reviews before I called Planet to repair my Frigidaire dishwasher. It was installed less than a year and a half before and was not emptying. The repairman came the following day and l said that it needed a drain pump. Told me approximately $200/250.00 for the part and installation, over and above the $135.00 I gave him for the visit. The dishwasher cost $400.00 and I was reluctant to spend that. He said he would give me 1 week to make a decision, then the 135.00 was lost. Called Frigidaire and told them how disappointed I was in their product. After some discussion they agreed to give me the part for half price, $48.60. I called Paul and he agreed to do the job and would deduct my cost for the part. Less then a week later the part arrived I called and he came to install. When he was finished he told me it was a more difficult job than he thought and charged $285.00. That brought the total cost to me to $470.00, $70.00 more than the machine cost. I would not have had it repaired for that cost and would have shopped for a better price. Very disappointed.
