Management should stop being so obvious with workplace politics. The work environment is toxic because every employee knows that the managers have their own favorites and that they give preferential treatment. Working here isn't really about working hard and being dedicated, it's all about befriending some of the managers and hoping that you become on of their favorites. I suggest that you avoid this toxic company.
