I hired this company to snake out my washing machine drain. Two so called plumbers showed up. They had no idea how to do this job properly. The did not have the tools needed with them. After me showing them where to get a direct access to the pipe and not have to go through the pipe traps the did the best they could with the tool they had. I lent them a garden hose to flush the pipe out with fresh water. They then took the pump chamber apart in my basement to see if that was the problem. It wasn't clogged. Little did I know that they didn't tighten all the fittings they took apart. When my wife did the laundry the pipes came apart and flooded my basement very bad. What a mess. I called there office five time and explained to the secretary what happened. I asked her to please have the owner call me. After a week no call back. I paid them a lot of money and this is what I get. Do not hire this company. They are terrible and don't stand behind there work. It took me eight hours to clean up there mess and have to through out a lot of ruined things. Please don't use them !!!!!!!

Todd was so skilled and knowledgeable but also unbelievably kind and courteous. My tub seemed uncloggable but he figured out a way to fix it. Highly recommend!

I used them in Feb 22 to tune up and do minor repairs on my boiler. The technician left the old parts, the boxes the new parts came in, and an empty pipe glue bottle in my utility room. I called them 2 days ago with an urgent request for service as I am not getting hot water. I got a text yesterday saying they would be here between noon and 1. Never showed, nor called or texted. I had plenty of things to do yesterday but wasted the afternoon waiting for them. The only reason I am giving one star is because the work they did in 2022 seemed adequate despite the mess they left behind. Oh, and the invoice for that 2022 work arrived about 6 months later, and seemed awfully expensive. Update, which I should have done 2 months ago. They actually showed up the next day, and did a very good job fixing the hot water issue. So my only complaints are, they didn't show up when they said they would, and then didn't call or text to let me know when they would come, for whatever reason. They just show up, then text me saying they are here. Fortunately I was either home or close to home on both days they came to fix the problem.

Our gas furnace stopped working in the middle of a snow storm. Todd came out on short notice and did his magic. Very professional, reasonable rates, and most of all - honest. Highly recommend! Update 9/7/2023: another great experience with this company. AC stopped cooling. Office staff was very courteous (actually answered the phone promptly) and technician came out immediately the very next morning. Sean was super honest, patient and thorough, always looking after our best interest (we have an older unit and several options were given). House is cool again (90s this week) and wife is happy. Second very positive experience from beginning to end with this company. I would not call anyone else for our HVAC needs.
