    It took two visits to get on the same page with what I wanted done. To reset a toilet, fix the stopper in my tub, figure out why I dont get hot water from the tub spigot and stop a leak in the shower heat cost over 900.00. No hot water from the tub spigot maybe a boiler issue and the house. Still feels like I paid twice to finish what I felt could have been done in 1 visit. But that was my fault for not being explicit enough with what I meant by fix the tub. Not sure I will use them again or not.

    I first used this Sullivan and Sons when had a new shower installed in my home. They were hired by the contactor. After a few years I have used them many times for issues associated with having a 40 year old home. They are fast, effective, and very professional. Im very happy to have found a permanent solution to any future plumbing needs.

    The Plumber from this business was unprofessional, showed up approximately 40 minutes late to both appointments. I had to call both times to see if he was still coming and on his way. He never called me to let me know that he was running late. Did not fix the issue and do the work correctly and charged me $300. For the initial appointment, after the repair, I paid in full, my check was cashed, was told I had a 1 year warranty. However, a few days later my leak got worse and I had to keep calling and calling with no call back for my second appointment. II left several voicemails at the office and the Plumbers cell phone and then the last time (4 days after the leak got worse and I was worried about my kitchen flooding) and called in desperation and stated that I would contact the BB. Finally got a call back. The Plumber came, told me that I provided a defective part and thus the leak/repair was not fixed. He also stated that since he has to come our again because I provided a defective part, he would have to charge me $150 to come out again. I mentioned that wouldn't this be under warranty, he stated, no since I provided a defective part. I actually had purchased the brand new faucet from Home Depot. I went back to Home Depot and Home Depot informed me that there was nothing wrong with the part. I purchased another part and then contacted the Plumber to schedule an appointment and he gave me the run around and said he did not appreciate me questioning his work. I finally stated that I found someone else to do the repairs. I found someone else to do the work and they repaired and installed my kitchen faucet the first time. I will not recommend this business. I felt totally ripped off. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair, Faucet installation, Plumbing leak repair
