Rich was a perfect fit for our family as we searched for almost 8 months for a new home. Rich has such a wonderful demeanor - he is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and general home ownership/the buying process and could always answer our questions (and we had a million of them). He was flexible, kind, fun to walk through homes with, and always responsive no matter when we needed to chat. If we buy another home in the future, he will be the first one we call and the first Ill recommend to my friends and family.

Rich is wonderful he was a great help getting me into my new place. Even helped with a delivery I wasnt expecting!!! Friendly and pleasant. I will definitely contact him in the future if I need a new place! Dont hesitate he goes above and beyond.
