Urban Pools walked away from me when my wife and I were having an issue with our swimming pool stairs. He left us totally unprepared for the winter.He was not very nice. Greed can do a lot of bad things to people. I would not trust him. "Buyer Beware"

Urban pools is a fantastic pool company. Angela was a pleasure to deal with for pricing and scheduling and Karl is master at his craft. They did a fantastic job helping pick out a liner and replacing it with a new updated liner. They were responsive, honest, and showed up when they said they would. They also closed up the pool for the winter and made sure everything was accounted for. Highly recommend them for all pool needs. Services: Remodeling, General repairs & maintenance, Winterization

From start to finish the company was extremely helpful with the installation of our liner. We received several estimates and When Karl said they would have the liner installed in less than 2 weeks I was very surprised. As promised the liner was installed 12 days after the contract was signed. Job well done. I work in the service industry myself and this would be hard to beat. Replaced the pool liner. Had to start from scratch with measurements. Liner fit like a glove. Attention to detail was very impressive! The pool looks beautiful, thankful for Karl's help and quick response. Service: General repairs & maintenance
