Jessamyn was a fantastic realtor for my wife and I, in the beginning we didnt even know what we were looking for. Ended up meeting Jess at an open house and the way she was prepared for questions about the property and had print outs of the history as well made me think that she clearly does her homework. Signing with her only backed up what I believed, she answered all our questions and if she didnt know she would go out of her way to find the answer for us. Make her your realtor and she will do everything in her power to put you in a home you will want and fight for you in the negotiation process as well. Excellent personality and amazing realtor. Very down to earth and open about the entire process.
