Horrible experience! Rude, argumentative office staff, they request you come early but then take you 30 minutes late. Technician is rude, uncaring, abusive and rushed the exam. Staff doesn't listen to concerns, they don't care and neither does management when addressed. Avoid this place it is nothing but a waste of time and added stress!!!

Like to do admin work? As a patient you are expected to do their admin work. You'll find that when you call to refill prescriptions they tell you to request via your pharmacy, but they simply do not respond to the pharmacy requests. You will be expected to communicate the doctor's expectations to the admin staff. If you mess this up they will stop filling your prescriptions for something as simple as levothyroxine until your next appointment, yet they are too over whelmed to schedule appointments any earlier than ~9 months in advance. If you get any of this wrong you will be rudely scalded for not doing your job because apparently you are paying them not because you are a patient but because you are cast lower than they are.

I am dealing with an acute issue with my teen daughter and all the employees were so flexible and kind. We arrived very late due to my daughter's condition and they swiftly took care of us in the kindest manner. Thank you for being a place that still cares in all ways!! So much appreciated and calming during this worry some time!

Kathy & Stacy are amazing! So, after passing the doors to receive service, I can say Kathy & Stacy are the reasons for this 5 star review. Kathy & Stacy were welcoming, passionate, smiled, and knowledgeable. This company is lucky to have staff such as them! ***Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the lady that checked me in with the purple nails. I handed my insurance card and ID and she tossed it to me on the counter, very inappropriate handling of my belongings. So, an area for improvement is the front registration desk, they're not very welcoming and no one says "Hi, I will be with you in a moment". Your just floating around until someone is nice enough to actually act like they see you waiting to check in.***

They are always friendly and very efficient. The facility is very clean and they follow all CoVid 19 protocols. I like going there.
