Good day. We aren't sure if we serviced one of your vehicles, but we can't find your account in our records. If you'd be kind enough to reach out and inform us which vehicle of yours did we service, and what we can do / could have done differently to earn 5 stars from you?

Good afternoon Darwin, thank you so much for your selfless service as a traveling nurse. If you had mentioned your profession to us, we would have applied a first responder discount for you, which I would still be more than happy to apply if you answer your phone (we've tried to call you several times with declined calls at each attempt). I truly apologize that you are upset about the price of the oil & filter change for your vehicle, but there is quite a spectrum for motor oil and filter qualities, and we only use Genuine or factory certified / rated oils and filters, which scale the pricing slightly higher than average, especially when compared to that of large chains. With that said, we also provide a highly detailed complimentary safety and maintenance inspection at each and every visit, and we identified several concerns with the health of your vehicle. With that being said, even if you decide to visit another service workshop, I am so glad we were able to provide this data to / for you, so that you may address them prior to their causing issue for you or your family. We are always here if you'd like to come back, and appreciate your business.
