He doesn't pay his vendors. Refuses to answer emails and phone calls. Sending him to collections

Dont waste your time with this guy. After coming over for an estimate he promised to get it back within a week. To date after 2 months I still dont have it. Repeated phone calls, text messages and emails were never returned. If he doesnt want the work, why does he give estimates?

UPDATE. I reached out to Dale Beaulieu after the exterior or our home started to peel in several areas about a year after they painted it. He texted and called me back and even came to visit while painting our neighbors home. He told me he would be back in a few weeks to repair it. He never showed. I continued to try and contact him and he stopped returning my calls and texts. I'm now out over $7000 for the job and had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. The painter I hired to fix it said that Toval did not prep the surfaces of my home properly before painting. Now I know why why were so fast. I really trusted Dale and wish this never had happened. (ORIGINAL REVIEW-Toval painted the exterior of my home in May 2018 - fast, neat, and clean quality work and a great value. Respectful staff and really nice people! Highly recommend them!)
