Im very disgusted with this office. I called a day earlier to ask and confirm they would be able to remove the tooth that day. They told me that they would be able to over the phone and that I wouldnt be able to drive. But when I arrived for my appointment that I waited 3 months for they told me they were only going to only look at it today and I had to set up another appointment 3 months down the road to have it removed. Then after that they dropped me with a $135 bill for being in the office less than 5 minutes for him to tell me what I got told the procedure was going to be over the phone the day before. Dont go here they are a bunch of scam artists who have no care for their clients.

I am posting this on behalf of my daughter who attempted to receive care here. I would not bring my dog to this office or come here if it was free after the abusive and rude treatment she endured. The front staff at both Torrington and especially Simsbury need an attitude adjustment. We both have contacted these offices to attain information. My daughter wanted to schedule a consultation to have her infected and impacted wisdom teeth removed. Our family dentist referred us to here. She wanted a Friday appt.. due to work but was told she could not have one due to dentists not having their credentials to take her insurance. This is after being told they are in her insurance network. Then they said could not do Friday appts. but never offered another dentist for a different day. She was told to call their Simsbury office which then went to their Torrington office instead who told her no appts. on Friday. So she told them I was told you can do them at this location thinking she had Simsbury but found out she had Torrington. They scheduled her an appt. In 4 weeks. Then proceed to tell her you must pay $440.00 upfront that day. So she asked why when she has insurance. They tell her because they make you pay then bill your insurance later and basically who knows if you get the money back. So insurance and patient can both pay them. What is the point of insurance then? Not an unusual question when other medical and dental practices seem not to do this and not everyone has extra money just sitting around. So basically despite an infection, swelling and pain one can not be seen. Unless wealthy. Then after scheduling her appt. and having our family dentist email her xays to them. She received a text saying you are not a good fit for our practice and your appt. is cancelled. So only 3 oral surgeons took her insurance here so luckily she found another one which is farther away and she has to wait longer to be seen now but at least they were respectful at that office on the phone. This place treats you as a non existent number and a dollar amount. Otherwise your needs and care is not important. A complaint will be filed with the dental board. I do not recommend anyone going here. We have never endured such treatment ever and she was insulted and blamed for asking questions and if the front staff is allowed to behave this way who wants to go there. Who knows what treatment you will get. If you want rudeness, dis respect and non empathy here is your place folks.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a cone x-ray. My first visit was scheduled for the Simsbury office, however I received a call less than a half hour before my appointment, saying that they neded to cancel. Apparently the doctor had a surgery that ran long and could not make it back to the office. I was offered an apointment in 6 weeks (this was already an emergecy!), when I explained that this was not acceptable I was offered an appointment in the Windsor office in one week. I went to that appointment and the office staff and assistants were very kind and professional. Then Dr. Lee spoke with me and briefly examined my mouth, and basically said that he couldn't help me and refused to do the cone x-ray (which I agreed to pay for out of pocket). Despite my having jaw and gum pain, his quick visual assessment deemed this unnecessary. I thought the point of the x-ray was to show things that can't be seen on a visual inspection. This whole experience was a complete waste of my time (twice) and money. I was extremely disappointed with this practice.
