        Jah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about back issues. He had several recommendations for my husband which didnt involve products that were sold in the store, so I feel he had the best intentions for my husbands well-being. Would definitely recommend this store and salesperson.

        When I set out to purchase a massage chair, I contacted a major manufacturer. They recommended that I really needed to try before buying, and gave me contact information for Lauren at Relax The Back in Simsbury. It was easy to set up an appointment to try the chair. She was quite knowledgeable, and able to tailor the chairs response to my numerous questions. In addition, at my request, she showed me other chairs, and seemed well versed on the features and controls of every chair...quite knowledgeable, and highly recommended. Give her a call, she will help you to make a good decision.

        We ordered a recliner due to upcoming shoulder surgery. The chair we ordered was on back-order, but Lauren had a loaner delivered the day before surgery to use until our chair arrives. Although not what we ordered, the chair delivered was a lift chair to make it easier to get out of while recuperating. Great customer service!

        I rave about this place and about their chairs! I was so happy to find a truly perfect chair that fits what I need and want for my patients. I bought my first one months ago and came back for more! But its not the chair alone thats special, its the people who work here who provide outstanding customer service and an extraordinary customer experience that really make this store outstanding. Lauren, a dynamo whom Im thrilled to work with, and her team have added a new star to their roster in Jah. His meticulous follow-up, attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and superb problem-solving skills are rare and actually surprising. Im not used to it. And my experience this time around, buying more chairs, (many more chairs this time!) has been nothing short of wonderful. How extraordinary to find excellence in the products, the people, the experience, and their mission!
