Excellent dealership. Worked with Alane Comerford to get the car I wanted at a fair price. No hidden costs, everything above board and no high pressure sales pitch. She knew her product and answered the questions I asked with honesty. I will be back here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Do your homework before buying a car- cant stress this enough. Ridiculous experience trying to buy a car from this dealership who insist on financing or leasing and for those of you who dont want to pay interest. Just absurd that I was told I couldnt buy the car outright. Shenanigans galore! And they will tell you that they need to come with you when you test drive the car for insurance reasons which is a lie. Moreover they pass along a Simonize package to you that you are NOT obligated to pay for. If its an add-on and taxable its negotiable! Good learning experience for us on the traps you can fall into. I recommend using the resources from CarEdge/Your Advocate Alliance (YAA) on their YouTube videos or website. We ultimately purchased our Volvo- from Ed Panebianco at Princeton Volvo. Transparent process and pricing was great and I paid cash. No foolery. They even will arrange for transport of the car for a reasonable price. Dont waste your time with Mitchell Volvo.
