My fiance and I had an appointment scheduled 6pm. We arrived 20 minutes early. Office was closed when we got there. Sign said open till 7. Took our business across the street.

Extremely disappointed. I made an online appointment for 7pm. I was called asking to move my appointment up to 6 as the office closes at 7. Unsure as to why the system allowed me to book a closing time appointment, but thats beside the point. I was asked to move up to 6, and I told whoever I spoke to that I could do 5:00, but that I just needed to confirm my fianc would be home in time so we could come together. They told me I could keep the 6:00 as they would have plenty of time for both of us. Upon arriving 20 minutes before my appointment, the door was locked and the lights were off. Absolute nonsense that they left before closing time with appointments on the book, especially after I was called to move to their convenience. I will not be returning. Took my business across the street.
