This agency will lie , cheat and try to bully you . Their agent lied about a commission rate and they did nothing about it .

We had an amazing experience working with a Raveis real estate agent when we bought our home and so when he recommended the insurance department, I didn't ask many questions. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing like the real estate department. During the 2 years we we were with them, they kept changing our agent, and miraculously all of them were irresponsive (have to send multiple emails and then call to get an answer). Then, the cherry on top was when they increased my home insurance in 70% (!) with no apparent reason and didn't bother to communicate it clearly. They were really good at sending all the emails when they needed my signature but then took the liberty and abused my credit card and only send a letter about it which I never received. When I realized that, 3 months later, they refused to refund the difference. If it was a mild increase it wasn't a big deal. But a 70% increase?? When there were absolutely no changes in the house? Without receiving my authorization? This is borderline fraudulent. In one phone call I was able to get a policy with a diffrent company which was even lower them my initial policy with Raveis. What's the point of having them when they can't offer good prices, and they clearly do nothing to protect their clients? I would not recommend.
