This salon is by far, the cleanest, most friendly, most up-to-date and has the most capable technicians ive been to in YEARS. They carry ur bags and other essentials right to ur seat! But- Lets start w the 5 layer HAND WAX treatment, then wrapped in saran wrap! And how bout the NECK & BACK massage and then the HOT ROCK BACK massage. And a beautiful job with just a plain ole manicure. Lets talk super clean cuticle scissors, and new files coming out of cello bags plus a HAND MASSAGE AND SUPER WARM TOWELS for ur hand cleanup! They had me at.....well doesnt matter, i made an appointment for April.

WOW. This is the best nail salon I have EVER been to! My nails came out better than I could have imagined. The nail technicians here are so lovely and pay attention to detail. 10/10

Wonderful experience at town nail!! They did an exceptional job with UV color gel and had tons of color options to choose from. My new favorite go-to spot!!!

Terrible experience. I went with my mom and my friend and we each received the same kind of procedure but with completely different experiences. We had an appointment and showed up on time. Upon arrival they told us they only had time for an express manicure (instead of a regular manicure). They informed us it was the exact same as a regular manicure just without paraffin which is totally fine. For mine and my moms manicure, our ladys spent probably less than a minute filing our nails. We both still had sharp areas on our nails so we disappointed by how little care they put into filing. Next, for me, my lady put cuticle oil on my nails but did not even touch my cuticles. She then proceeded to paint my nails with the base coat, polish, and top cop while never having pushed my cuticles back or cutting them. The whole appointment took about 5 minutes and I was very disappointed with the outcome. My mom on the other hand, did not receive cuticle oil and her lady pushed back and cut her cuticles till the point where she was bleeding. Her lady had little care that she was hurting her or that she didnt use the oil. My mom and my friend received hot towels and none of us got a massage with lotion even tho they told us it was included in what we got. Each of our procedures cost the exact same at $15 each which is outrageous for the amount of work put into my nails. Not to mention, my nails are chipped all over and it has only been two days. The polish they use is very light and streaky. Wish I could give this place a 0/5 stars but definitely do not recommend coming here unless you want a 5 minute experience to come out with chipped nails, bleeding cuticles, and dry hands.
