Practice has gone down hill, impossible to see my primary doctor now, was set up with an on call doctor that had zero bed side manner and could barely understand her, when the prescriptions were sent over to CVS they were kicked back because my primary had to verify them first which delayed the medicine 5 days which ended up being useless I was over my cold by the time I would have received it, called on Saturday morning to find out where my medicine was and got the oncall receptionist that hung up the first call while I was on hold and was zero help and rude. Not sure what is going on with this place but it is quickly losing its appeal.

I usually go to the Oxford location, but Shelton had a sooner opening. I had called to schedule an appointment and the automated message gave me the option for a call back which I love because then I can go on with my day instead of listening to elevator music for 2 hours. I got a call back later in the day and was asked I could come in today, unfortunately I couldnt, but was able to get an appointment the next day. This review is being made because of the front desk receptionist. I think her name said Liz. She was so sweet and cheerful. She told me as soon as I walked in that she would be with me in a second. I always appreciate any form of acknowledgment instead of just standing there awkwardly. Check in was fast because I did fill out prior on my phone. Liz kept complimenting me and we made some small talk. Definitely made my day! I was in and out within 15 minutes and was able to get my antibiotics. Overall, happy with my experience.
