Mr. Binkley was extremely helpful and gracious with his time. He talked me through fixing an issue that was entirely my fault (turning off the emergency gas switch) and having no power or hot water. Instead of spending a couple hundred dollars having someone come out he graciously spent close to a half an hour troubleshooting the issue with me until we fixed it. Super trustworthy, honest and helpful especially during the holidays!

The Binkley family gives top notch service. They are honest and professional. As a first time homebuyer the owner Jim did a great job helping to explain everything to me in great detail. Also dog friendly too, which is very important as a pet owner. You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
