I've only been there once, but the service was great. I just didn't know that unless you spend $20 you have to have cash so be prepared for that.

Never again. Brought some coats and jackets to be cleaned. Woman charged me on the spot 50% down. I knew something was strange but I was thinking about my lady. She picked it up yesterday, brought up what happened to me and was met with a bunch of lies and excuses. We are done, but I will have the last word. I recommend them to no one. Terrible business practices. Service: Organic dry cleaning

I'm very disappointed with them lately.  I've been a good customer for many years, but on my last two visits they clearly were ripping me off and that's it, I'm done with them.  I dropped off a shirt to be laundered for about $3.00 but didn't have my ticket when I went to pick it up a few  days later and she charged me the dry cleaning price which was about $8 for the shirt.  Since I didn't have the ticket and was only 90% sure that it should have cost $3, I didn't say anything and just paid the $8.  A couple days later, I found the ticket and sure enough, they were supposed to had charged me the $3.00.  This wasn't right.  She took the opportunity to overcharge me.  The next time I went right after that, I had my ticket, which showed a price of $8.00.  I gave the lady a $20 bill and she only gave me $2 back.  I immediately told her she gave me the wrong change and still owes my $10 and she insisted in arguing with me that I gave her a $10.  I'm positive that I gave her a $20.  She was really blatantly wanting to rip me off (same lady by the way).  I was so frustrated.  She did end up giving me the $10 back but I had to put up a fight for it and that's when I swore that I'll never go back there.  What a shame.  I'd done business with them for over 10 years.  I will go to the other neighborhood dry cleaners.  I don't trust them anymore.  Lesson here: keep your ticket always and make sure you get the right change.

I have been going to this cleaner for many years, stopped doing pants, too expensive 2 years ago, now I will not go at all, brought 6 shirts in, usual price $2.50 a shirt plus 5% off for cash, very reasonable, attendant took it upon herself to make 2 of the shirts dry cleaning, $15.83 for 2 shirts, I complained, no satisfaction. Will not go back.
