Advanced Radiology Consultants Business Office

Very Unprofessional , very rude , I had an appointment for an ultrasound which required to not to eat and drink a lot of water , 2pm when I was in the office waiting for the procedure I felt I needed to go to the restroom that instant, they start arguing with me and didnt allowed me to use the restroom which resulted in me leaving the office to use the building restroom . After I come back they told me I have to reschedule the procedure. I used many times their services but because this incident I dont think I ever will .

The staff of this business are inept, inefficient and incompetent and don't know what they're doing. After my doctor sent them an order for a MRI he told me to wait for several days or a week or so for Advanced Radiology to contact me upon after approval of my insurance. Finally, after a week, this office called me with a staff member telling me that my insurance approved of the order and they are ready for me to make an appointment. So, I set an appointment being prepared to go for that appointment. Suddenly a day before the appointment they called me again that they need to cancel my appointment because my insurance needed more details from me and that my address does not match with the insurance that was on file. I was surprised by this because a week before they called me and told me that the insurance company approved of the order and in fact that was what the staff member who called me on the phone said to me and in fact, told me I am ready to set an appointment with them which she set up . Actually, they called me several times to confirm the appointment.  I was surprised and at the same time got upset because they wasted my time. Why in the first place, in that first call , did they not ask me for insurance details and did not tell me the problem with the address listed on my insurance file? Why did that staff member tell me that I am ready to set up an appointment and in fact , set the appointment date for me? Then only to be told a few days later that they need to cancel my appointment because of my insurance discrepancies, and some other questions they want from me? We could have saved time and saved me from the inconvenience they caused me if in the first call should have they told me about my insurance problems, and should not have set an appointment date with me.  According to the staff member who called me for the 2nd call telling me about my insurance problems, she said that their company is "thorough" ....What thorough is she talking about? Thorough when you could have just told me about the insurance problems on the first call and should have not made an appointment date yet . You see I am working and I had asked that day to be off and now I lost a day's wage for that. Advanced Radiology are full of inept , stupid and incompetent staff.

Women's Imaging has the most caring, patient, understand wonderful women who truly makes going there for testing a positive experience. I especially appreciate their time during these difficult times as they all have amazing attitudes. Thank You for all you do.

I don't know the place always give me a weird feeling. I don't like how I get bombarded with phone calls from them anytime I see a Dr. The place is clean and pleasant (hot tea while you wait), they do what what they are supposed to do, but something just does not feel right. Will continue to ask my Dr. to not refer me any Advanced Radiology locations.
