        After having a basement that was receiving water during elevated periods of rain, Connecticut basement resolved my issue immediately. Joseph and his team were incredibly informative, and acted as a partner versus a company trying to sell me. I simply wish I did the project sooner!

        Referred my mom to CBS, initially she was put on hold for 30 minutes, she called back another time and was never called back by anyone, then finally two and a half weeks in someone did show up at the house. Their solution to the issue was not something my mother wanted. She said she felt pressured by the representative ... Her words "he was pushy", she never agreed to move forward on any work however they emailed her a contract nonetheless. I previously I saw a lot of comments that were very positive. Unfortunately I cannot give them one on this because of the statements I just made.
