        New England Tire & Brake is the absolute best. Twice now they have accommodated my schedule with very short notice, exceeding my expectations for customer service. Ive also been here on several other occasions for oil changes, brake services, and tire repairs. Every employee I have interacted with here has been friendly, honest, and knowledgable. They make suggestions for things my car needs to optimize its performance, but I never feel pressured to pay for anything I dont urgently need and I am always treated with respect. This is, unfortunately, not something that was guaranteed at other auto shops I had previously visited. Needless to say, I am thrilled I found them and I plan to be a repeat customer for many, many years to come!

        This place is awful. Do not ever go there. They charge about twice as much as other places and they have no clue what they're doing. They can't even fill tires to the proper pressure. As if that's not enough, they have a bad attitude towards the customers that they rip off.
