Don at Northpoint and all the team there are simply the best. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and Don guided us so well through the process. His patience and clarity truly made this process something that I can look back positively on. We used the CHFA program and there were many nuances for us to navigate but somehow, we closed in under three weeks. Don and his team were great at communicating, we texted often and when I needed to call, he always answered. I am incredibly impressed by the service I received and I could not recommend them more. I will certainly be recommending Northpoint to anyone I come in contact with and I am so grateful to the team for helping my family get our first home!

I switched over to North Point after almost having my loan fall through with another larger company. Don and his group Bobbie, and Leese saved the loan, and me money. They closed on my house in two weeks, and was there every step, and answered every question, no matter time of day. My only regret was not choosing the sooner. One happy customer. From start to finish Paul and his staff made the process of refinancing a pleasurable and personable experience.
