These printers are absolutely worthless, and so is the service. The machine would make a better boat anchor than a printer. They require constant maintenance, and break down all the time, (and we only use ours about 2 hours a week). They are not easily repaired, and parts are extremely expensive. My machine has been down for weeks and DCS tells me to ship the machine back for repair, and they can look at it within 3 weeks. To palletize this beast and ship round trip would cost me in excess of $600. DCS's other option was to fly in a tech and pay for his air travel, rental car, hotel, and food expenses! Dealing with this company and their products has always been a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE.

Bought a $30,000+ DCS printer and ended up (literally) throwing it in the dumpster. Worst piece of equipment we've ever had. Wouldn't do what they claimed, poor technical support, expensive to maintain. Honestly, I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Dissatisfied with the machine and especially customer support. Very vague instruction and no manual to speak of. Be ready to figure out a lot on your own because it costs $100 per hour to talk to someone and ask a questions. Would definitely look at another manufacturers.

I do not do to many reviews my advice is DON'T PURCHASE!!! We have had this 7200 for two years. We asked them to pick up the 7200 countless times because we thought we got a lemon but it appears so did most people. This Frankenstein of an Epson printer has been nothing but a nightmare, we have had so many issues with parts breaking on the machine that they shipped us several parts which should have been under warranty, six months after that and many many calls later they tell us we can not speak to tech support any longer because we owed then 5000.00 from 6 months ago on parts that we thought was under warranty. So fast forward two years the machine doesn't work and we spent 80,000.00 on a lemon. Please do your research and honestly I would wait for there patient to run out before I would even consider making this purchase.
