        We've been going to Jay for years but apparently he has fallen off. Our car sat for 5 weeks at his shop as I called and called trying to just get a hold of Jay in the beginning, he was always out of the office or busy and I would almost never get a call back. After finishing the repair, he ran into an issue that he couldn't solve and told me to take it to a dealership for a "computer issue". Well I took it to the dealership and it wasn't a computer issue at all, they basically re-did the job that he did and got the car running within a couple days. I feel completely ripped off after paying Jay $1000+ for basically the exact same job at a dealership. I'll never be going back here again and I suggest everyone else do the same.
