Spine and Sports is simply the best. I have recommended them wholeheartedly to friends, who are also impressed. The owner, Phil, has a ton of credentials, including a PhD. Despite his modesty and quiet manner, one sees his knowledge and intelligence reflected throughout the practice. Like Phil, the other therapists are dedicated to helping people recover functionality and quality of life. They are a fun, dedicated, kind and caring group of consummate professionals. They have treated me for knee and back pain associated with aging and are treating me for whiplash/concussion from a car accident. With a combination of therapeutic massage and prescribed exercises, they provide relief from pain as well as important benefits of strength, flexibility, and balance that endure after the course of PT is completed. They also inspire me to stay fit so as to maintain the benefits. Spine and Sports has exceeded my expectations, teaching me how curative physical therapy can be.

I applaud their decision to put care over insurance dictated managed care. These folks are extremely professional and highly knowledgeable about the human bodys anatomy and the nature of pain from an injury. Top notch. I have received care and rehab for several areas of my body as I learned that pain is not always a local issue and be related to multiple issues such as previous injuries, posture, age, and self limiting ideas about body image.
