Michael is the one you want in your corner when selling a house. We had EXTREMELY difficult buyers, along with their equally difficult realtor and lawyer. They pulled every trick in the book, too long to go into here, but compounding the stress of having to move someone with a disability. Michael was on top of it throughout the process and fought numerous battles with them on our behalf, and we can't thank him enough. Just know, that after the ordeal of selling our house, Michael can take on anything!

Our new home search took us over two years and two other realtors before we were referred to Mike. Even when our home search moved outside our original areas of Ridgefield and Wilton, Mike accommodated us and did all of the same pre-showing homework we needed to make us comfortable viewing each possible home. Our family fell in love with Ridgefield several years ago. As we casually began looking into purchasing a home, we were lucky to have connected with Mike. He taught us about the town, helped us define our wishes, and guided us toward the perfect home to fit the needs of our family.
