We have worked with Betsy and Brandmark Studios for over three years in a variety of marketing areas. As a technology startup, it was important for us to have an agency who could understand our developing business, be flexible as our brand and message clarified over the years and provide a clear strategic path for our brand development. In the beginning, Betseys market research team helped us better understand the consumer disinfectant market, discover a meaningful voice in that market, and develop a creative and memorable naming scheme for the products we were developing, as well as a marketing strategy to roll out those products. When our technology development expanded and we decided to pivot, as startups often do, Betsy orchestrated a major rebrand for our company, including brand identity development, name change, memorable tagline, and new graphics, font, and color palette to support that rebrand. Our relationship with Brandmark continues today, as Betseys team manages our social media, creating creative and memorable posts week after week. We hired Brandmark Studios to launch our professional organizing business, based on the agency's keen ability to understand not only our key strengths and the competitive environment we live in but also the consumer's emotional and psychological perspectives which are a crucial component of the customer relationship for us. We wanted our new voice to appeal visually to our clientele but also to be written in such a way as to convey deep understanding of the vulnerability and anxiety many of our customers feel as they begin the organizing process. Under Betsy Brand's direction, the Brandmark creative team deftly branded us with a sharp logo, tagline, graphic and color palette that speaks clearly and calmly to our potential audiences. Most compelling in our work together was the writing team's ability to interview key customers and compose testimonials that speak to the nuances of our relationships with them.
