        My husband and are going through a retirement transition that includes not only Medicare and Social Security, but Cobra as well. We were struggling to understand all the choices and how to make sure we had no gaps in coverage. I called Dawn, and she met with us the next day. Not only did she go over everything we needed to know, she called both the Social Security office and the Cobra administrator with us to clear up confusion about enrollment and dates, mapped out all our choices, and helped us make the decisions we needed to make. I was so impressed by how thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced she was, and even more by how clear it was that she cared about us and wanted the best possible experience for us. I look forward to having Dawn with us as we navigate the ever-changing landscape of healthcare going forward!
