Can's say enough good things about Ross and HomeSpec. Ross was extremely through and detailed. His report is the best I have ever seen. It included lots of details, easy to understand and there are photos to match each comment where needed. He goes above and beyond the help you understand any issues that he found with the homes and is available even after he gives the report to explain or answer any questions. Ross was very responsive to my initial query for a home inspection for the home we purchased. He gave a detailed report via easy to use software with targeted pictures of issues. He subsequently went through the report with me in detail, answering my questions in layman's terms.
