I had several symptoms affecing my body after experiencing food poisoning. These symptoms lasted for over 6 weeks. I sought out a holistic doctor after going to two different doctor's appointment. No relief and no answers for my symptoms! I was led to Dr. Masiello. After a series of questions, Dr. Masiello prescribed a flower, which immediately began to have show results after just a few days. I was - and still am - skeptical of homeopathy, but Dr. Masiello is a caring, professional, and deeply knowledgeable doctor, and my health has improved since starting care with him. I was referred to Dr. Masiello by a different specialist whom I deeply respect. The specialist's treatments have made a huge difference in my recovery, and he is himself a patient of Dr. Masiello, so that is a referral that I value highly. I have noticed improvements in my health after every remedy Dr. Masiello has prescribed, though they have typically been short-lived and not permanent. When I had a mild case of COVID during the height of outbreaks in NYC, he was available by phone despite his office being closed, and whenever he suggested a change in my treatment, I noticed significant improvement the following day. His hands-on osteopathic manipulations have always been very helpful, and I have noticed sharper vision and improved digestion and appetite afterwards. (I am not a skeptic of osteopathy; it's a well-established branch of medicine and you need all your parts in the right place for you to work right!) Dr. Masiello is clearly dedicated to his patients, highly available, knowledgeable, and experienced, so if you are open to homeopathy, I would recommend him.

Dr. Masiello has an unerring ability to diagnose from your account of your symptoms (and your answers to his questions) and to prescribe the remedy you need. Our family misses seeing him in person since he left his NYC office, but the telemed visits are great.

I was very happy with my initial visit because it was not rushed at all. Dr. Masiello is a patient and thorough doctor who made me feel comfortable asking him questions and there were no phone call interruptions. He requires a detailed history to familiarize himself with his patients. I appreciate the time, thoroughness, knowledge, and experience he has.
