        I receive texts from this CVS stating prescriptions are ready only to show up to be told they are out of stock. It generally takes 2-3 trips and 2 phone calls to get 1 prescription. But what really bothers me is the complete lack of customer service. The women that work the window are rude and blame it on the automated system. Are they going to blame it on the automated system when my husband doesnt have his life dependent insulin or other medications? Take some responsibility! Absolutely unacceptable.

        Worst customer service experience ever!! Pharmacist was rude and not helpful. I simply needed droppers for my sons liquid medication and this was a HUGE inconvenience to her. If youre looking for a new pharmacy; I would NOT recommend the Putnam, CT location.
