        I brought my truck in for service due to the truck randomly shutting off mid drive. I had recently replaced the battery. They told me I needed a new battery. They charged me $225 for the battery and $179.99 for the installation. Tested my battery which showed it still had 89% life remaining and good CCA. The fix for my issue was the dealer replacing the battery cables. Manager Nick Mundt was not willing to refund the unnecessary battery purchase. His solution for reimbursement was a free oil change. I purchased the truck through this dealer and purchased the extended warranty. That being said, I still had to pay for half the diagnostic fee, and the full installation fee as well as the battery which were not the cause of the issue. Not a satisfied customer anymore, poor service!!!! I will not be recommending my family or friends to this dealership! Ever!!
