James and his team are professional, and put out not only a 5 star product but also a 5 star experience. In the days of buying items on the Internet good old fashioned customer service has become a thing of the past, but not when dealing with AquagripCT. They turned around a custom rigging pad for us quickly and we will be using them for other items in the near future. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality product and engaging experience.
