        Went into the store today so talk about getting my business name embroidered on some shirts. Left with a couple of sweatshirts done and a whole lot more on order. I would highly recommend Jodie and her team. They went above and beyond!

        The Southington Athletic Shoppe was a great experience. I was met by two friendly people who helped me first find, then decide on the perfect shirt for this special gift. I was expecting a wait of at least a week (my assumption) for the embroidery to be done. It was a very pleasant surprise that it would be done within a day. I received a text later that same day telling me the shirt was ready! Great service. Great timing. Great quality. Well done. I would highly recommend the Athletic Shoppe for any sport related embroidery work you may need.

      Alexis, I’m sorry that your mother took our miscommunication as a bad experience. She made a last minute request for a rush order, which I was happy to accommodate, and she ended up making other accommodations without notifying me after I had already completed her request. Although I may have came off as frustrated and I apologize if that’s the case, I maintain a level of respect with my customers and would never swear at someone. As a small business owner who is extremely invested in the community and always willing to support athletes and their families, I feel that your 1 star review is extremely unjust and I hope you understand it could have negative repercussions when you make untrue accusations. I apologize if you or your mother feel that the situation was not handled appropriately, but I accommodated her requests and would appreciate you or your mother canceling the request in the future before making other accommodations.
