UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Connecticut

Just made arrangements for unit drop off and move, actually talked to a person!!!Jeff made the whole process super easy - and was extremely accommodating with my parking restrictions - so relieved everything is organized and all I have to do is focus on packing. Anticipating a good experience on moving day - so grateful for Jeffs efficient and personal handling of all arrangements!

We had a great experience working with Units of CT to have two of their portable storage units delivered to our house when we were moving a few towns over. These guys are really good. They placed the units perfectly both times they moved them. Both of our storage units were very clean and they worked perfectly. Then they deliver the unit, they use a really cool motorized (for lack of a better description), doohickey, to move them. They can get them in pretty tight spots, and again, they placed them perfectly. These guys are class acts and they don't settle for anything less than a job well done. They're really easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again!

Excellent customer service. Both flexible and timely. Was able to text with the owners directly and request pick ups/drop offs on short notice. Competitively priced, and the large 16 containers were literally brand new and clean. Highly recommend!

Just had a unit dropped off this morning and the service was fantastic! Raymond was the associate who we interacted with and he was amazing! He was able to place the container where we wanted it in a timely manner and even took the time to explain and show us how the doors/locks work. Very knowledgeable and professional.
