Recently, we ordered takeout and they gave us the wrong thing. I called and they confirmed the error but insisted we needed to drive back to get a refund. The manager on the phone said it was their policy, as anyone could call and get a refund just by saying the order wasn't correct. When I arrived, the manager didn't even make eye contact while processing the refund. The staff next to her apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way.
In short - Good food, but customer service needs improvement.
