Do not use the car wash. Took my brand new car to their touch-less car wash, when it malfunctioned and repeatedly began beating my car causing over $3k in damages. The manager told me exactly what I wanted to hear and reassured me theyd take care of it. After not hearing back for over a month, I got a cute message back stating that after an investigation they bear no responsibility for the incident. Ultimately, theyre owned by a massive publicly traded company that doesnt care about you or the community. Enter at your own risk - quite literally.

The old man behind the counter must have rocks for brains. I don't understand how someone can work at a gas station and not even comprehend where they even are. Retirement should have hit him 60 years ago.

Terrible customer service! It happened today 8/6 at 1145 am. Car wash was malfunctioning and the clerk flipped out on me, telling me how that there is nothing she can do for me, that she is having a bad day and management doesnt support her. The pity and whine fest went on. All I wanted a car wash instead I got issues and problems. Keep your issues to yourself, sister, no one cares! Never again!

Went there to vacuum my car out with my husband... we left with 7-10 flys in our car from there trash cans not being emptied properly! Thanks guys! NOT.
