Takes forever to place an order in the drivethrough even in the morning. The food is typically messed up. Wouldnt recommend

If I could rate it no stars I would, first the woman at the speaker couldn't even get my order right and all I wanted was two number ones with orange juice. Then I went to go pay and they kept the card for at least 2 minutes. And then I had to ask for it back. I also had to ask for my orange juices and both me and my boyfriend, said have a nice day and we were ignored. When I ate my hash browns were not cooked and there was something hard in my egg McMuffin like a shell too. I'll never come here again. Rude and ignorant.

My experience is with the drive through only- food is fresh and staff is very friendly. Prices are lower than the McD's near my home.

Place is terrible, girl at the window was rude, the fries weren't cooked all the way and the sandwich were put in the wrong bag. I can't eat spicy food and my sandwich was spicy. I'll never go to this McDonalds again.

Yesterday I did my order on the app which I usually do. Order went through, got my code and I proceeded to the drive through for pick up. After I received my order and was leaving, the young lady yelled that it didn't go through and I owed $4.07. She kept saying it while I looked in my wallet to pay. Paid the amount, and when I left I checked my bank account and the money was withdrawal from my account, the amount was $3.22. I went back and spoke to the young lady and she wanted to get loud, I was just explaining calmly how they charged me doubled, since she charged me and my account was charged as well. I showed my bank account as proof. A puertorican guy that works there, moved her and came to the window, asked how he can helped me. After I explained what happened, he said that they have been having problems with the app and he cannot give me my money back. I told him that I will fight it through the bank and he said that if they can't give me my money to go back to him not to anyone else to see if he can give me like food and maybe money from his pocket. Honestly is not about the money but the experience and how it was handled. I would not go to this location anymore. Customer service is not a priority, even with proof, they don't return what is yours.
