        This will be my first and last time using a2z Embroidery. I have been waiting 3 months on some of my business apparel that was messed up during production. They have not attempted to reach out to me even once. I have called and visited multiple times and still get the same excuse..."The manufacturer's screen print machine is acting funky and we're still waiting on them". Eventually, I asked for my money back. It's been a week and I'm still waiting on the check they told me they would send. Wondering now if I will ever see it. Terrible customer service and poor quality products.

      Michelle, We've been in business since 2005 and have literally thousands of happy customers. In your case, we could not meet your expectations and our apologies for any inconvenience. We have already processed the refund for the two misprinted items and hope you are wearing the other eight items in good health. We also hope you are able to find a vendor who can better serve you.
