        Firs time going to this dunkin and the services was horrible they took my order wrong and the hot chocolate takes just like water.

        Went two hours before closing, asking for a hot chocolate and was told "the machine is down, and we actually don't have anything, my bad" What a joke of a business. And the best part is this happened two days In a row.
