        Colonial village apartments feel like home. Erica is wonderful she always answers any questions or concerns we have and Ricky is the best super weve ever had! We couldn't ask for a better place to stay and such wonderful service. Im so glad we found this place to call our home.

        My fianc and I have been living her for 2.5 years now and our experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Both Erica and Ricky go above and beyond to create a safe clean environment to live, in addition to going out of their way to resolve any issues that arise. Ive relayed this great experience to my best friend after moving in and she took my advice and now has been here for 2 years as well. Erica and Ricky both dont just work normal business hours but rather they stay late or come in early to make sure the residents are taken care of. When the time comes to buy our home it will be hard to say goodbye to such a beautiful place to live.

        I stayed at Colonial Village for about 5 years, and overall had a good experience. I moved to the area for work and walked through 7-8 places before settling on Colonial Village. ---- + Well-maintained and safe buildings + Easy auto-pay system for rent + Quiet and friendly community, I never had loud neighbors or any disagreements with people + Responsive and helpful staff, shout-out to Rick for being an all-star when it comes to solving problems ---- +/- It is immediately next to the highway, and while there are sound barriers you'll still notice the sound of traffic. For me it wasn't an issue, but something to be cognizant of. +/- Rent is about average for the area. ---- - My only gripe is how street plowing during snow gets managed. Typically, plows would come through the main street early in the morning, and the residents would need to move their cars to allow plows to clean up the parking lots. The issue is that there isn't enough space on the main street for parking, so you'll either need to find a spot early or drive around until after the lots have cleared. ---- Overall I'd recommend Colonial Village to most people.
