Game X Change

Spent around a hour browsing the store. Pros: The selection of games were fair, they also have movies and boxsets. The higher end games in the case were fair. A few to disagree with. Very organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The employees durning my visit, Gabe and Mary were very helpful as well as helping others on the floor. They also let me check the disc before just putting it in the case and ringing me up. Cons: Disney movies are very overpriced. A small section of the store has alot of anime stuff that is cheaper elsewhere. Some cases i picked up should be changed due to them being cracked, pasted with gamestop stickers, or had gunk on them. Overall much better then previous visit and do plan on returning for another.

One of the nicest people I talked to to see how much my games were worth on the phone. This gentleman didnt have any problem doing so, and he was actually very happy to price up all the ones I listed to him. This is what Im talking about! This alone makes a huge difference in a customers day. Thank you!

Sold me a ps3 but had not ps3 controllers. Gave me a aftermarket one I had to replace 4 times over the trigger buttons not working.

Gave me 17 dollars for headphones after saying on the phone it would be 70. Beat Studio Pros, new from Apple Store in New Haven. Be aware, this place is tricky. Btw, my 350 beats should be on sale for 50 according to the honest shopkeeper. Hurry up and buy em, If he didnt already STUDIO DRE BEATS 17. I dont need to contact you, I reported you to the better business bureau and the NAACP. You said on the phone 70, the shopkeeper gave me 17. Simple. Done. He was the guy the messed up hairline
