        This storage facility was a total disappointment. First the agent over the phone guaranteed a free month of storage with a truck rental when I made my reservation. When I arrived at the location they told me that the free month of storage did not apply. The storage unit on the second floor requires you to walk up 7 flights of stairs and if you get an end unit then you will have 6ft sloped roofs (even though they tell you its 7ft tall) and you may even get a wall in the middle of the unit cutting short the space you have to store large items (see pic below). I tried speaking with several people up the chain of command and no one could resolve either of these issues. Also not to mention that their moving trucks gas gauges don't work accurately so you end up overfilling it with gas and paying more than you need to. I recommend looking for other storage places and moving companies. I definitely will not be using uhaul again especially this orange CT site.

        Shahaim or however you spell it was absolutely rude and provided disgusting customer service. The app would not work to check in the vehicle and he pretty much told us we were out of luck. Not just me but other customers as well, that we would be charged for the late fee regardless of the app malfunctioning. He said in his own worlds he doesnt care and its not his problem When asked for the managers name he rudely replied it was on the door and was no further help. I will not be returning to the location because of his poor customer service and the way that man treated not only me but the several other customers experiencing the same issue deserves reprehension.

        My WiFe 's SUV 2002 Pathfinder down for the count , radiator problems - $ 800. bear min. to FiX , UhauL always provide great same day service when the chips are down ... got a van today ... solid equipment ...
