I lowered my review from a 5 star to a 1 star for exceptionally poor customer service. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I keep getting excuses and no answers about where my property is lost in the FFL system. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Greysons went from my favorite shop in the area to one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had in 40 years.

A very nice range. Everything is organized and everyone is respectful. The lounge area is very nice to relax in with complimentary magazines and coffee. The range is updated with great lighting and is heated Nicest indoor range I have been to and prices are on par with other ranges. Highly recommended !

Having recently taken the same NRA firearm training in North Carolina, I have to say that Freeman (aka Jay) Hardison's course in Connecticut surpassed my expectations. Although I did not have to retake the NC NRA course, I decided to sign up againsimply to spend the day with my son while visiting CT. The day was well spent, and worth every penny. I learned so much more in this training, and Jay's teaching style, life experiences (along with his dad jokes lol) made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. His commitment to safety and comprehensive coverage on the topics made this course indescribably valuable. I highly recommended for anyone seeking to obtain their CT Pistol Permit!

Jon is great!! I took a private lesson with him, hes very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me feel safer with my firearm and taught me so much! Very friendly guy, definitely recommend taking lessons with him! He is the best:)
